What's on YOUR iPod?!
What do you jam to when you hit trails outside? What songs keep your furnace burning while you pump iron or go on a long run? Music is my life and I rarely burn calories without it. I pride myself on having wicked fabulous playlists for all of my SPIN classes and Missions. Below are a few samples of how I keep everyone en fuego while we all get stronger and leeeeeeeean! Each class or Mission has a different crowd and attitude so I cater each playlist accordingly. I know how to amp my crew! :) I reward them all with cool down and stretching music. Every element is considered.
