Day 30 of my online food and exercise journal!!!
Fridays rock my world! I absolutely LOVE teaching Spinning and hosting a Mission™ both in the same day! I passed out mini bags of Everybody's Nuts! California Pistachios to my Agents on a Mission™ and also the brave Spinners. I always give my Agents some goodies when companies send me stuff!
6:30 am: I had an Isagenix Peanut Crunch meal replacement bar on my way to train a client. I like this one because it has 5 grams of fiber and 18 grams of protein.
8:30 am: I had a GT Dave's Passionberry Bliss Synergy drink and 2 Isagenix IsaDelight dark chocolates.
9:15 am: Mission Possible™ started and we did 20 sets of stairs today. Tapering happens tomorrow! SUPER MISSION is only 2 days away!
11:00 am: I had 1/2 cup of low fat cottage cheese and "Just a Handful of Almonds" from Trader Joe's.
12 noon: I started my REV (Spin) class and I was soooooo pumped up! The energy in the room was contagious and so huge! We did TONS of intervals and sprints. Needless to say, everyone was beyond happy and thankful that I passed out PISTACHIOS at the end! They were a total hit and everyone loved them!
2:00 pm: I was sooo hungry when I got home so I made an Isagenix shake with an EXTRA scoop of protein powder. I also had 2 pieces of complete protein, gluten free toast (3 inches in diameter) and put one teaspoon of crunchy peanut butter on each piece.
5:30 pm: In preparation for my girl friend's birthday dinner at Spanish Kitchen, I wanted to snack on something before I got there so I wouldn't be starving and eat too much/too fast/too late. I had a cup of goat's milk yogurt with cinnamon and stevia and added 3/4 cup of my favorite high protein/high fiber/low sugar cereal: Optimum Slim.
9:00 pm: I arrived at Spanish Kitchen and happily munched on tortilla chips and guacamole before my chicken and shrimp salad (served on a bed of mixed greens with pecans) arrived. It was an appetizer-sized salad so I didn't leave the restaurant feeling stuffed. I only drank water and had so much fun!
*I drank 4.5 liters of Fiji water today.
