START BLOGGING EVERYONE!!!

If you are reading this (or any of my blog entries) you are a like-minded individual and I want to read about how you burn calories and nourish your body too!  I want this site to be a community similar to facebook for foodies, exercise gurus and fanatics, and even people who are just wanting to get some lifestyle improvement ideas!

As I am currently working on revamping my site to build a larger community, I want you to start blogging and comment on blogs that you read.  It is so fun for me to see everyone involved!  Everyday I hear from my MP™ Agents that they are reading my daily food and exercise journal. I also get emails from people who say they like learning about how I eat and burn calories.  One woman emailed me from INDIA!!!

I meet people in random places in LA who recognize me and they say that they read my blog every single day.  That is so freaking AWESOME!  But what would be even more AWESOME is if all y'all joined in on the fun (no, I'm not from the south)! I hope everyone is sticking to their New Year's resolutions.  If not, I am here to motivate you to stay on track and ENJOY the process.  I have had fun blogging about my day and hearing your feedback.  Keep it comin'!!!

P.S. You don't have to write a lot for just one blog. You can blog about a new restaurant that you just discovered or a new kind of core exercise you tried at the gym.  You can even blog from your phone!  I do it all the time!

Wednesday's Lesson

I must confess that I genrally am not a fan of blogging. In today's narcissistic culture, blogging just seems another way to feed our insatiable need for self-promotion. Having said that, I love that Jenna's healthy lifestyle inspires others and I wanted to share my Jenna lesson from today's mission.

Towards the end of the mission, I found myself struggling a bit to finish our core work. Okay, that is somewhat untrue. The bottom line..., I could NOT do one more sit-up. Jenna encouraged me to use my breath and particularly the exhale. Wow! What a magic trick. Turns out oxygen is your friend. I was able to complete the set with power and strength. No matter what your mission is - BREATHE. It really works. Thanks, Jenna!!

I know EXACTLY who you are! You are so right! Breathing correctly totally made a difference in the last few crunches you did. The assisted crunches are SOOOO challenging and you powered through it! It was my pleasure to be holding your feet while you sculpted your own abs!!! :)
