Mission Possible, first thoughts

I've been an avid gym goer since college but fell into the trap that most men do and began to fail myself by not working everything and only focusing on a few areas. I eventually reached a plateau and only recently have begin changing the way I exercise. In fact I have been using the P90X system for about 80 days which requires a lot of focus and hits some areas I failed to keep up with. I was damn proud of myself, then I went to Mission Possible. When I finally got a chance to try my first beginner's Mission with Jenna a few weekends ago and it was quite a memorable experience as I felt it for about the next week.

I was still happy at how I looked and how I was able to keep up in many of the exercises but immediately noticed that many different muscle groups were being engaged that I had still failed to hit in my own workouts, and it really took a toll by the end. I even noticed my stamina wasn't up to where I thought it was but it wasn't a defeated feeling. It instead made me realize how much further I could still go. Her Missions really push your limits and keep going. Through muscle confusion, balance, and a whole lot of core it was definitely a serious shock to my system and a great supplement to my regiment. I look forward to seeing what more exciting and different exercises Jenna can show me. Admittedly as a guy there are a lot of spots that Mission Possible exercises hit where I never knew I had muscles to be sore but in the long run know that these help really build the core as well as better sculpt for that toned look that everyone wants via these Missions.

Yes, her workouts are strenuous but as they say no pain no gain and honestly its truly refreshing to be outside with a friendly group and not be stuck amongst a crowd of strangers in a gym. If you stick with it and push yourself there is no way you can not see results. Ha, my butt and legs still remember that workout.
