You can exercise ANYWHERE!

Traveling can often present a bit of a challenge when it comes to staying on top of your workouts. That used to be an issue for me until I realized that I can work out no matter WHERE I am. I have to get a bit creative, but that's the fun part. I honestly don't care WHAT people think about my fitness spontaneity.

Click on the links to the videos below and see how I burn calories instead of waiting in line. For me, skiing downhill is not enough of a calorie blaster. I also have a video of me doing leg lifts with my ski boots on. When I was in Australia, the resort I was staying in didn't have a gym (gasp! I know!). Instead of pouting about it, I went on an excursion and found a deserted bobsled track. I gave it purpose, yet again. It looked so lonely...
